Chicken Pre-Order

Jumbo Cornish chickens for your family to enjoy. Raised in our coop with love. Butchered and processed on our property.

These chickens average 6-9lbs finished.

Large breasts and thighs. Ideal for large whole roasts or cut them up for multiple meals.

Chicks are hatching January 26th. Our butcher date is scheduled for the week of March 23rd. Pick up date will be release two weeks prior to butcher date.

Chickens can be sold whole or cut up for an additional charge.

Beef Share

Beef that is grain finished at our ranch. You purchase the share and we will handle the rest. You get your finished meat cut and boxed how you want it!

Pork Share

Our home raised manglista/meishan pigs. Pigs are fed local feed mill grain from Utah.

Chicks are hatching June 8th. Our butcher date is scheduled for the week of October 26th. Pick up date will be release two weeks prior to butcher date.

Turkeys will be between 15-25lbs at butcher depending on gender.

Pay $20 to hold your Thanksgiving turkey. Final price will be $4 a lb
