Beef Share

Beef that is grain finished at our ranch. You purchase the share and we will handle the rest. You get your finished meat cut and boxed how you want it!

Beef that is grain finished at our ranch. You purchase the share and we will handle the rest. You get your finished meat cut and boxed how you want it!

Our cattle average 700 live weight. Hang weight is 450lbs. Take home meat should be 300lbs

If you want to request more meat from a bigger cow please let us know!

Cow share prices are by the hang weight. $7lb for a whole cow share and $7.50 for a half. Any special cuts or options will be an additional charge.

How does it work?

  1. You request a beef share,

  2. We will send you our next available butcher date.

  3. If the date works, you sign contract and send a deposit of the estimated 50% ($1500 whole, $750 half) to Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check.

  4. When we are 1 month out from butcher, we will send you a cut sheet to fill out.

  5. Once cow is delivered to the butcher, we will receive the hang weight and invoice you for the remaining balance.

  6. Pick up your delicious beef!
