Our pigs were born December 4th and are available for deposit now. They should be ready for the freezer by October or November 2026.
Average pig will be 300lbs live. Hang weight around 200lbs. Take home meat is about 150lbs. We charge by the hang weight at $6lb .
How it works

I will let you know the next availability.
If you agree on butcher date, you sign our contract and pay your estimated 50% deposit ($600 whole $300 half).
You will get a cut sheet a month prior to butcher.
We feed and care for pigs until butcher date. Once we have a hang weight from butcher we will invoice for the final payment.
Once meat is finished and you have paid in full, you pick up your delicious pork at the ranch!
